New Year Plans!!!

As soon as I find the batteries for my camera(told you I need to get organized) I want to start doing pics of projects I will be working on.

I'm not gonna promise one every day but my goal is to at least do one a week.

I also will be playing with the look of my site to brighten it up a bit.  Just please be patient with me!!

For now I hope you all have a Happy New Year!!!!  Please remember, DO NOT drink and drive.  Personally, we don't drink and I worry when we are out that night that some fool will drive drunk.  No matter how you celebrate it, have a good one!!!!!

A Follower!!!!!!

So super excited to log on here and see I had my first follower! 

Her name is Ellen and she is from "A Season for All Things" !!!   Ellen I am working on putting your button on my blog, but because I am so super amateurishly (yes that is a word I just made up) it will take me a little bit.

Ready for New Year Changes!

Every year I try to do the resolution thing, only to come up on the short end of the stick.  So instead of  resolutions, I will refer to them as changes.  Sounds different so maybe the out come will be different!  One can only hope.

I wanted to post Christmas pictures on here but who can guess who the idiot was that forgot to buy extra batteries for presents?  ME!!!!  So I gave my rechargeable ones to my grandson.  It's no fun getting a Thomas the Train if you can't use it!!

That is when I really realized I needed to get organized and do it NOW!!   I bought a desk calendar, purse planner and address book to start with.  Nothing fancy, just the cheapest ones I could find that I liked.  New binders for work papers.(good will at just .50 each)

Mine main goal is to get my act together, whittle down debt and be as frugal as possible.  Keep your fingers crossed for that one folks!

I won't bore you with all the details of every little thing but I will share with you some of them as I go along!

I also have a BUNCH of projects I want to get done but keep running out of time and money to do.  Those I will gladly share with you as they progress.

Busy day, house to myself so I will let you go for now.  Come back later and see if I made it to the computer to post anything another day!!!

Hello and Welcome!!!!

Hello!  Welcome to my brand new blog!!

I have tried blogging in the past with only half a heart.  I just couldn't get into it that well. 
That has changed!  Thanks to my doctor and some pretty pills I have a better attitude.  lol

I decided to change my blog name and start over from scratch.  Really excited with it this time.  Hope to make it one of the biggest blogs out there!  Well, with all your help.  lol

I am the wife of 12 years to Mr. Mechanic.  The mother of 5 awesome young adults who you will meet over time.  And the grandmother of 13 of the most wonderful grandchildren in the world.  Yup, you read right, 13.

I am a no hold back kind of girl, raised on the farm but dwell in town now.  (would love to change that).  I work with disabled adults for a living.  Helping them to be as independent as possible is extremely rewarding.  Doesn't pay worth a hoot but I love it. 

I loooooove to craft and create.  Problem is the check book and I have different opinions on what I can do.

I hope you come often to see me.  I am really gonna do it this time and I hope you enjoy future post as they come!!!
